COMMUNITY GIVING

Jack in the Box has always been a brand that challenges the status quo and encourages people to be true to who they are, with zero judgement. We champion that same spirit for young people through our philanthropic arm, the Jack in the Box Foundation.

Our community grants support local nonprofits that help youth break through the barriers in their way and pursue what inspires them to live life to the fullest, on their own terms. Applications are accepted by invitation only.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?

• As of Fall 2026, Jack's Community Grants is invitation only. Organizations are nominated by Jack in the Box franchisees and employees, and only those that receive an invitation directly from the Jack in the Box Foundation are eligible to apply. If you did not receive this link directly from the Foundation, please do not complete this application, as it will not be reviewed.
• Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations whose primary mission is to feed, educate, or empower youth in our restaurant communities. 
• Organizations must be located within 50 miles of a Jack in the Box restaurant, or serve a population within that radius.

All applications must be completed and submitted by 12 p.m. PT on Friday, October 9, 2026, to be considered.

Please note that the Foundation does not fund religious or political organizations. To be considered, all applicants must upload a copy of their nondiscrimination policy.
